In order to speed your withdrawal requests, please make sure you read and understand our withdrawal policies. Remember that every promotion may include a new withdrawal rule. These are only the general policies you must know before you request a payout.
To request your payouts you must log into your casino account, go to the cashier section, click on ‘Withdrawal Money' button, chose the withdrawal method on the scroll down menu and type in the amount you want to cash out.

4. Withdrawal requests are processed at Del Mar Monday to Friday.
5. There are no limits on the number of withdrawals you may make in any given month.
6. Players may request any withdrawal option, regardless of the deposit method they used to purchase in the Casino.
7. When withdrawing large amounts of money, Del Mar may send your winnings in payments.
8. The faster withdrawal method will always be NETeller. If you use other withdrawal method your payment may be delayed by a few days.
9. All deposit must be wager at least once before cashing out.
10. Del Mar reserves the right, in its total discretion, to void any payout request in your Casino account under any of the following circumstances:
Visa/MasterCard Withdrawals
Effective January 1 st 2004.
We need to inform you of a significant change in the processing of credits (refunds) for Visa and MasterCard.
As you are aware, Visa and MasterCard does not allow the use of credit transactions to distribute winnings in a gaming environment.
As the result of a reinforcement of this policy and a clearer stand at Visa and MasterCard, beginning January 1st, 2004, we will no longer be processing funds back to credit card (s) in the amount of the original purchase (s) as we used to do in the past.

Credit/Debit Card holders needs to have all documentation on file in order for us to process any payout request:

Any casino member found to be using a stolen credit card or committing credit card fraud of any kind would be subject to criminal and/or civil prosecution. ACH Withdrawals
Due to the high rate of charge backs, any money won with an ACH deposit that has not been cleared in our processor, will remain pending until the check clears. A check can take from 5-7 business day to clear.
Progressive Winners Policy
Prior to any payouts on jackpot wins over $10,000 (ten thousand) for all Progressive games, the win must undergo an extensive verification process, and will also be fully investigated for potential fraud. |
