What is the procedure if I want to close my account?
If for any reason you wish to close your account, it is easy to do. Simply go to the cashier inside the casino or sportsbook and request a refund. We will refund your balance, less applicable withdrawal costs, immediately. And should you wish to play with us again, reinstating your account is also very easy.
